It is often seen that in village level meetings, beneficiaries often say good things or some beneficiaries say very negative things. But our collective effort should be to be grateful for whatever good happened in the project and move forward with a developmental mindset to correct whatever shortcomings remain.
NABARD believes that all the projects in the context of agriculture and rural development which are being financially supported through NABARD, mainly include three important points;
1. Along with the financial support of NABARD, the project beneficiaries should also voluntarily contribute some amount to the project because whatever possibilities are created will ultimately benefit the project beneficiaries.
2. Every project has some advantages and disadvantages. The main thing here is whether the graph of advantages is higher in a particular project - or that of disadvantages. If the graph of advantages is effective and higher - then the project is considered successful.
3. During project monitoring also, the main issue should be that whether the project is assessed/evaluated by the representatives of NABARD or through some other agencies - the graph of advantages should be given importance - and to improve the disadvantages, the graph of advantages should be given importance - and to move forward with a developmental mindset.
